My expectations were met by United Airlines JFK Terminal. The airport terminal was friendly and everyone there was courteous who made screening and registration easy. I didn’t have to stoop to find my gate because everything was clearly marked. There were lots of locations in the station to have coffee or a snack, and the seats were cozy. The gate agents were professional and the boarding was punctual. Overall, the facilities and service really impressed me.
