It was actually a great experience at the WestJet Airlines Milan Office since the staff were friendly and very helpful; hence self-service kiosks made the check-in process hassle free. There was a good amount of baggage allowance provided, which eased some of my packing worries. The meals on board were good, and the access to the lounge before the flight added that nice comfort touch. 24-hour customer support. Had I felt well looked after throughout my sojourn.
