Traditional Pizza From Canada

I love gourmet pizzas but always return to the classic: pepperoni, mozzarella, mushrooms, and green peppers. Making pizza at home is fun, especially with kids as sous-chefs!

For the dough, mix 3 1/2 cups flour, 1 cup warm water, 2 Tbsp active yeast, 2 Tbsp honey, 1/4 cup olive oil, and 1/2 tsp salt. Let rise, punch down, and rise again.

Use Italian tomato puree with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and oregano for the sauce.
