Need to change your Linksys extender settings? Step one is going to the Linksys extender login screen. Connect to your extender’s Wi-Fi network. The SSID (network name) and password are usually on a sticker on the extender. Launch a web browser on your smartphone or computer. In the address bar, type 192.168.1.1 (the most common default IP of Linksys extenders, but it may vary – refer to your guide). If that fails, you can try extender.linksys.com.
