Financial Health Index (FHI) 2025
NITI Aayog released the first “Financial Health Index (FHI) 2025” report. This report was released by Arvind Panagariya, Chairman, 16th Finance Commission. This report is an attempt to provide a comprehensive understanding of the financial health of the states and divides the states into categories based on their financial performance.
This report ranks the states based on the data of 2022-23. It assesses the fiscal health of 18 major states of India.
