Difference Between Dispersing agent and Wetting Agent

A dispersing agent helps decompose and stabilize solid particles in liquid mediums to avoid settling and agglomeration. It transports pigments, minerals, or finely dispersed particles with other substances to achieve improved performance and quality of products. A wetting agent reduces surface tension so that a liquid can penetrate a solid surface with less difficulty.
